Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of purchase.
To cancel, please contact us via our [Contact Page] with your order number.
After 24 hours, cancellation is no longer possible as the order will already be in processing at the warehouse.

Returns & Refunds

1. Standard Return Policy (14-Day Return Window)

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
You must request your return in advance via our [Contact Page] with your order number.

Once we have received the product in good condition, we will process your refund within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for your order.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

Notify us within 5 days of delivery via our [Contact Page].
Include clear photos or videos of the issue along with your order number.
We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

3. Delayed or Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 30 days of the stated delivery date.
Orders that remain undelivered after 60 days will be considered lost and will be fully refunded.

How to Request a Return

Go to our [Contact Page] and send us a message with your order number and reason for return.
For damaged or defective items, attach photos or videos showing the issue.
We will then send you the correct return address and shipping instructions.

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Important Notes

All returns must be shipped using a trackable method. Keep your proof of postage and tracking number.
We are not responsible for returns sent without tracking information.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, color, or size, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
